Fridays and pizza are a natural fit, and now Friday, July 20 has been named Cape Cod Café Pizza Pole Day during NASCAR weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

"We love building relationships with local companies, so we're thrilled to add Cape Cod Café Pizza to our list of partners," said David McGrath, executive vice president and general manager of New Hampshire Motor Speedway. "They've been around for a long time, delivering quality pizza to New Englanders, and now fans can enjoy Cape Cod Café Pizza during the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301."

Cape Cod Café Pizza has been in the Jamoulis family since 1947 when E. James Jamoulis purchased the Cape Cod Café and formulated a pizza recipe, working day and night to build up the business, alternating between the bar and the kitchen. In the late '70s, son Jim and his wife Lynne Jamoulis took over the business and made Cape Cod Café what it is today. Now, Jim and Lynne's sons, Jonathan and Jeremy Jamoulis, carry on that tradition. Through hard work and the mentality of never cutting corners, the Cape Cod Café has consistently managed to keep the pizza tasting the same as it did in 1950. Cape Cod Café Pizza has locations in Bridgewater, Brockton, Raynham, Easton and Halifax, Mass.

"We are excited to sponsor the Pole Day as we continue to expand and grow our line of frozen pizzas throughout the region," said Jeremy Jamoulis, owner of Cape Cod Café Pizza. "We'll be at the speedway for the whole weekend, so come by for a slice, and then make sure you look for Cape Cod Café Pizza in your grocer's freezer on the way home."

Fans can purchase Cape Cod Café Pizza in their concession stand under Section L of the Main Grandstands  by Stairs 8 and at the Smoke Shack BBQ restaurant in the infield.

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Pole Day will set the table for a weekend full of racing. As has been the case in recent years, the qualifying will again run as a three-stage elimination format. The day will also include the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour All Star Shootout, which is a 30-minute timed event. One $10 adult general admission ticket will provide access for the entire day, and kids 12 and under get in for free.
