Credential Pick-Up Instructions & Directions

Access: Your NASCAR Hard Card or NASCAR Essential Worker pass will serve as your credential to access wherever you need to on site. There are no additional access stickers for specific places such as Media Center, Press Box, victory lane, roof, etc.

NASCAR Hard Card Holders: If you have been granted a parking pass from NHMS, it will be mailed out to the address on your SMICredentials.com profile, so please make sure this address is correct. NHMS will not replace lost or misplaced parking passes.

Your parking pass will indicate where you’re allowed to park. For those with a parking pass for the S3 Lot or Reserved Media Lot, please enter at the speedway’s Main Entrance, drive straight through the Main Gate & proceed to either the Media section of the S3 Lot or the Reserved Media Lot next to the infield Media Center. For those with a TV Compound parking pass, please enter at the speedway’s TV Gate & proceed to the indicated parking area.

If You Do Not Have a NASCAR Hard Card: Your credentials will NOT be mailed out. They must be picked up on site during NASCAR weekend. You may need to make two stops:

  • Stop One: If you have been granted a NASCAR Essential Worker pass, you will need to pick this up at the NASCAR Credentials hauler, which will be parked near the speedway’s Main Entrance. Be sure to bring your ID.
  • Directions: To access the NASCAR Credentials hauler, enter off Route 106 at the speedway’s Main Entrance. Park in the lot immediately to your right that is open to Route 106 outside the fence for the S1 Lot.
  • Stop Two: If you have been granted a parking pass from NHMS, you will need to pick this up at the NHMS Credentials window located at the Operations Building at the speedway’s Main Entrance. Be sure to bring your ID.
  • Directions: To access the NHMS Credentials window, follow directions to park above, & then walk to the Operations Building located on the left side right before the Main Gate.

Once you have picked up your NASCAR Essential Worker pass & NHMS parking pass, your parking pass will indicate where you’re allowed to park. For those with a parking pass for the S3 Lot or Reserved Media Lot, please drive straight through the Main Gate and proceed to either the Media section of the S3 Lot or the Reserved Media Lot next to the infield Media Center. For those with a TV Compound parking pass, please exit the speedway’s Main Entrance, take a right onto Route 106 & continue to the speedway’s TV Gate, which will be on your right, & proceed to the indicated parking area.
