The holidays are here, and that means it’s time for New Hampshire Motor Speedway to trade in the checkered flags for more than 2.5 million twinkly LED lights for the ninth annual Gift of Lights presented by Eastern Propane & Oil, open Thursday, November 28, 2019 (Thanksgiving) through Sunday, January 5, 2020.
Two Ways to Raise Funds
There are two ways to raise funds with the help of New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
We're looking for enthusiastic groups of volunteers to help during July's NASCAR Cup Series Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 race weekend and September's Full Throttle Fall Weekend. Available opportunities include parking cars, screening guests, taking tickets, ushering and assisting Guest Services (must be 16 years or older). There are also opportunities in the afternoon and evening that include cleaning the grandstands (must be 14 years or older). As compensation for the time, each person will earn an hourly wage that will be paid directly to the group for its fundraising needs. Civic and non-profit groups can earn thousands of dollars by being a part of some of the largest sporting events in New Hampshire.
For more information, please contact Deb O'Neil (Fundraising Coordinator) or Andrew Grenier (Grandstand Facility Clean-Up).
If the option to work for the funds doesn't fall within the framework of your needs or time, we offer the opportunity to request a ticket donation to be used at a fundraising event. All requests will be given to the Donation Review Committee for consideration. There is no guarantee of approval.
Please fill out the Donation Request Form and submit your request to Colleen Nocera.
