New Hampshire Motor Speedway welcomes your donation request for review. Requests must be received at least 60 days* prior to your event. New Hampshire Motor Speedway does not grant monetary donations, and due to the high level of interest and demand, cannot fulfill every request received. We will evaluate each submission and notify you if the donation request has been approved. Incomplete forms will not be considered. Organizations are limited to one donation request per event per year. Applications must be from a non-profit charitable organization with 501(c)(3) tax status. A request on your organization's letterhead providing the date of your fundraiser and who benefits is required as well as a copy of the IRS determination letter confirming 501(c)(3) tax status.
* Note: Event dates within 30 days of New Hampshire Motor Speedway's NASCAR weekend will not be considered.
