In a continuing effort to combat the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, New Hampshire Motor Speedway in conjunction with the State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, will host New Hampshire’s first mass vaccination clinic this Saturday through Monday, March 6-8. The state hopes to administer over 10,000 Johnson & Johnson single-dose vaccines to eligible New Hampshire residents during the three-day clinic.
Laconia resident Danielle Cyr considers herself an avid outdoors person, taking part in daily runs and weekly hikes all over New Hampshire. Professionally, Cyr is the marketing manager for New Hampshire Motor Speedway and director for the New Hampshire Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities, the speedway’s official charity. This weekend, she will participate in the Goggins Challenge, running four miles every four hours for a total of 48 miles to benefit children in need throughout New England.

Both entities will have significant representation for the upcoming Laconia Motorcycle Week Rally, June 12-20.

The New England fan-favorite Whelen Modified Tour has been added to the weekend lineup for New Hampshire Motor Speedway’s 2021 NASCAR race weekend, which now kicks off with Doubleheader Saturday, July 17, featuring the NWMT Nor’Easter 100 and the NASCAR Xfinity Series Lakes Region 200. The NASCAR Cup Series will cap off the weekend with the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301, Sunday, July 18.
Instead of HO, HO, HO, it’s been GO, GO, GO as a record number of families are enjoying the Christmas season at the 10th annual Gift of Lights presented by Eastern Propane & Oil at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Attendance is up 244% over the first two weeks of 2019 (despite being closed Saturday night due to inclement weather). The drive-thru attraction of 3.5 million lights is open nightly through Jan. 3.
