The roar of engines can once again be heard at New Hampshire Motor Speedway Saturday and Sunday, as the Sports Car Club of America races around “The Magic Mile.”

This weekend, SCCA will host its annual Race/Rally/Solo Against Leukemia at NHMS. This traditional philanthropic initiative brings together competitors to raise money for pediatric oncology research at UMass Medical Center in Worcester, Mass.

During SCCA weekends car enthusiasts can enjoy a wide range of sports cars including racing sedans, sports racers and open-wheel racers throughout the weekend.

Infield wristbands for SCCA events (good for the entire weekend) can be purchased at the speedway's main gate for $25.  Children 11 and under are free. For more information or to register visit http://www.ner.org/.

The cars and stars of INDYCAR are one week away from racing into New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the MoveThatBlock.com INDY 225.  This weekend the open-wheeled series will visit the Mid-Ohio Sports Car course for the Honda INDY 200 on Sunday.  Coverage for this event begins at 2 p.m. (ET) on Sunday. 

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will return to Pocono Raceway this weekend for the Good Sam RV Insurance 500. Coverage begins at 1 p.m. (ET) on ESPN.
