To make sure you have the best time when visiting New Hampshire Motor Speedway, here's a quick look at the Speedway's policies.

What if I lose my tickets?

Only the ticket holder of record, with proper identification (driver's license, passport, or state-issued identification card) can obtain replacement tickets. On any ticket replacement, a $5 non-refundable processing fee will be charged at the time of replacement.

Upgrades

Before each race you will receive your renewal invoice, at which time you may request an upgrade or change of seat location. If there is an opportunity to offer you a seat location change, you will be contacted by the NHMS Ticket office. No changes will be made to seat locations without authorization from the ticket holder. All upgrades are based on availability.

Transfers

NHMS ticket holders and campers are able to transfer their grandstand tickets or camping spots for free. NHMS must receive the appropriate signed documentation with account number, name, address, etc. of the current ticket holder along with the personal information of whom they wish to transfer the tickets and/or camping

Once tickets are transferred they are the responsibility of their new owner and you will no longer receive invoices for those tickets or camping.

The SMI Weather Guarantee is valid for Atlanta Motor Speedway, Bristol Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Kentucky Speedway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Sonoma Raceway and Texas Motor Speedway (each an "SMI Speedway" and collectively the "SMI Speedways"), and is effective as of August, 9, 2018.

If weather postpones a NASCAR race held at an SMI Speedway and a ticket holder fan is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, the SMI Weather Guarantee provides such fans a ticket credit toward a future NASCAR race at any of the SMI Speedways.

The SMI Weather Guarantee applies to all NASCAR races at any SMI Speedway that are postponed and rescheduled to a different date due to inclement weather.

No cash refunds will be issued and the ticket credit has no cash value and may be used only as a credit toward the purchase of a NASCAR race at an SMI Speedway as stated in this SMI Weather Guarantee Policy. Unused tickets may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value on a ticket-for-ticket basis.

Events and seating locations eligible for redemption are based on availability at time of redemption.

Eligible tickets may be exchanged for any future SMI NASCAR race within (1) calendar year of the original event date or for the same race the following year, even if it falls outside the (1) year window. Fan(s) must use the ticket credit and redeem eligible tickets within 60 days of the original date of the postponed event, or by the end of the calendar year, whichever is shorter. If eligible tickets are not redeemed during the timeframe set forth herein, the ticket credit shall expire and be of no value.

Complimentary tickets are not eligible for exchange under this policy. Restrictions also apply to corporate block tickets and tickets purchased through brokers or resale websites not directly affiliated with the SMI Speedways. ONLY TICKETS PURCHASED DIRECTLY AND ORIGINALLY FROM AN SMI SPEEDWAY OR FROM THEIR TICKET AGENT TICKETMASTER ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE UNDER THIS SMI WEATHER GUARANTEE POLICY. RESALE TICKETS PURCHASE THROUGH TICKETMASTER TICKETEXCHANGE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE UNDER THIS SMI WEATHER GUARANTEE POLICY. Fans should contact the speedway ticket office where the race was postponed to verify ticket eligibility.

Only race tickets are covered by this SMI Weather Guarantee Policy.

This policy does not apply if an event is delayed, regardless of length of delay, but still completed on the original event date, even if completion of the event occurs after 11:59 p.m. of such original event date.

This policy does not apply for events shortened due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances if the race/event is counted as official by the sanctioning body.

The SMI Speedways reserve the right to alter and/or terminate the SMI Weather Guarantee at any time, provided, however, that such termination shall not affect tickets already purchased while the SMI Weather Guarantee policy was in effect.

Contact the ticket office at your favorite SMI Speedway for further information.

Dogs are allowed on property, however they must be leashed at all times and owner is responsible for cleaning up after his or her dog and proper disposal of waste.

Minor Waivers must be signed by legal guardian(s), notarized by a notary public and brought to NHMS. If all legal guardians will be present with a minor during an event, the Minor Waiver can be filled out on property.

Any vehicle violating this rule is subject to towing.

All RVs and campers must be self-contained with bathroom and water facilities on board. The speedway does not have hook-ups or dumping facilities. Tent camping is allowed only in the designated S7 Lot.

NHMS has parking for campers and RVs with state-issued handicap plates or placards. NHMS reserves the right to refuse handicapped parking to those vehicles which do not contain/hold a person with a handicap. Vehicles parked in a handicapped area without a placard are subject to towing.

In an effort to allow fans to better control the temperature of their campers, we have revised our generator policy to allow all RV campers to run generators throughout the night (24 hours per day).

As a part of this revised policy, generators must be run at less than 75 decibels at all times. Additionally, please turn off all outside radios and televisions during quiet hours.
