Speedway Star Judge Back for 'Jeopardy!' TOC
Kerri Greene, a six-time "Jeopardy!" champion who served as a celebrity judge for last April's Speedway Star singing competition, will be back on the popular game show Thursday night when she returns for the Tournament of Champions.
The native of Manchester, N.H., won six games on shows that aired April 1-3 and 6-8 before losing on the April 9 episode - two days before she judged the singing contest at the Mall of New Hampshire on April 1. She earned more than $146,000.
Said Greene after judging Speedway Star: "I thought this was great fun and I was very impressed with the quality of the talent. I did tell everyone I knew that I was coming to do this today and everybody made me feel very welcome. I might not have been overly qualified for this, but it did mean a lot to the contestants and I really tried to pay attention and use all of the knowledge I've got."
The "Jeopardy!" Tournament of Champions began on Monday, Nov. 9 and will continue through Friday, Nov. 20.
