The American Canadian Tour (ACT) will return to "The Magic Mile," during the SYLVANIA 300 weekend on Saturday, September 18, for the second consecutive year.

New Hampshire Motor Speedway is the only superspeedway on the ACT and the Canadian Série ACT-Castrol schedule.  The stars of the series will take on the 1.058-mile oval as part of Saturday's thrilling triple header, which includes the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour New Hampshire 100 and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series New Hampshire 175.

The second annual ACT Invitational race is a 60-mile shootout, with 43 starting positions up for grabs.  Much like last year, each 2010 race winner up to the running of the Invitational will be awarded a guaranteed starting spot.  The qualifiers for this September’s ACT Invitational so far include Nick Sweet of Barre, Vt., Eddie MacDonald of Rowley Mass, Dave Pembroke of Montpelier Vt., Miles Chipman of Epping, N.H., Brian Hoar of Williston, Vt., Patrick Laperle of Saint-Denis, QC, and Karl Allard of Saint-Felicien, QC.

Other invitees will be based on 2010 champions and/or points leaders as of September 16.  Other provisional spots will be awarded if needed to fill the field.
