Six-time defending NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion, Jimmie Johnson, and 2013
NASCAR Nationwide Series champion, Austin Dillon, will make an appearance at the
Speedway Children's Charities "Champions Breakfast" on the morning of Friday, July 11
at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
The event, which will run from 8-10 a.m.in the hospitality area behind the main
grandstands, will take place during the July NASCAR weekend, which will feature four
races over the weekend. Scheduled races include the NASCAR Modified All-Star
Shootout and NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Granite State 100 on July 11; the

a home away from home and a critical resource for families of children being treated at
"We are so excited and grateful to Jimmie Johnson and Austin Dillon for joining us at
the 'Champions Breakfast' in July," said Cheryl LaPrade, director of the New Hampshire
Chapter of Speedway Children's Charities. "Not only are they NASCAR Champions, but
they are champions to all of the children in need that this breakfast will benefit."
Both drivers are entertaining personalities and each will provide perspective on the
weekend to come at NHMS. Johnson has won three NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races
at New Hampshire and is looking to join Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt as the only
drivers to ever win seven championships. Dillon, who is driving the No. 3, which was
made famous by Earnhardt, has six top-fives and a best finish of second in eight
NASCAR Nationwide Series starts raced at the Magic Mile. Dillon is going for Rookie of
the Year in the Sprint Cup series.
