Top-3 Improvements To Fans First Experience
The 25th Anniversary at New Hampshire Motor Speedway is being marketed as our best season yet. Naturally, fans want to know why. What makes this year better than the past? Why is this going to be a season to remember?
The short answer is the new fan amenities that continue to follow the SMI motto of "FansFirst."
The most noticeable changes will be in the rebranded S2 Fan Zone, formally known as the Display Lot or Midway.
Last year, this area added fun activities including Trackmasters Mobile Go-Kart Racing and a zip-line. This year, the bar has been raised, literally, with the addition of a Ferris wheel, along with the NBC Sports Bumper Cars.
These carnival-style activities will accompany the usual fan-oriented displays from our track partners. Don't be shy about visiting our partners! They all love giving our fans a new perspective on racing, as well as showing off and giving out samples of some of their favorite products.
Improved Mobile Service
When it comes to the grandstand experience, we've installed a distributed antenna system (DAS), which should greatly increase mobile service for fans, an issue that we've received feedback on in recent years. Additionally, fans will notice a new SAFER barrier on the backstretch, the newly completed Granite Ledge in Turn 3, and updated partnership billboards outside of Turn 2.
Better (and Cheaper) Race Experience
Fans can improve their race viewing experiences thanks to an expanded partnership with FanVision and Racing Electronics scanners. For those that have yet to take advantage of the deal, our box office will be selling vouchers all weekend at half the price of the FanVision or Racing Electronics haulers. The voucher may then be taken to the hauler to redeem for the product.
We're positive that the 25th Anniversary season will provide an incredible experience and we look forward to celebrating it with you!
